A Little About Me

 I graduated from the Old's College Animal Health Technology program in 2007, and am a member of the ABVMA and the ABVTA. Throughout my career I have worked in general veterinary practices and in a shelter clinic. I have also dealt with health issues with my own cats, including diabetes, asthma, kidney stones, IBD, and more. 

My experience in both feline medicine and behaviour allows me to view behaviour problems with a more holistic approach. When assessing the situation, I consider the cat's physical and mental health, along with their home and social environment. 

In 2023, I completed my certification, with distinction, in Advanced Behaviour for Veterinary Professionals through the International Society of Feline Medicine.  I have also achieved the Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional certificate through the American Association of Feline Practitioners in 2022.
